The rise of the fitness center make it easier for adults who want to lose weight exercising. With the hope to quickly burn fat, they utilize a variety of tools and sports facilities in the long term.

A study from the University of Copenhagen concludes, the most appropriate period of exercise performed for 30 minutes per day. If exercising up to two times longer, according to the study, the results are the same.

The researchers say, someone sweating for 30 minutes per day is enough to help weight loss. The study published the American Journal of Physiology found, they were running, rowing or cycling for 30 minutes experienced a weight loss of four pounds for three months. Meanwhile, those who exercise regularly one hour twice a week managed to drop three pounds for three months.

Mads Rosenkilde, head of the research team, said the exercise is good for physical and mental health. The problem is how long will it take you to do it.

Rosenkile asked 60 respondents who have excess weight exercise for three months. Half of the respondents were asked to exercise for 1 hour per day. The second group only exercise 30 minutes per day. Both groups were monitored heart rate and calorie count.

"Working out for an hour instead of half full does not produce shrinkage more fat," he said.

Rosenkilde not know why it no longer exercise to lose weight significantly. He suspects, when they are exercising rest an hour more per day will consume more food. Understandably, the energy is wasted because the sport is also not small.
